About Me
I am Linden Killam, a game designer, musician, and artist currently residing in my hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota. I am however looking for opportunities in other areas of the United States and the world.
I am a piano and saxophone player, having played both since childhood. My training was in classical and jazz music, later transforming into a love for rock and live hip-hop. I played and toured nationally with the bands The Blend and Lazlo Supreme, as well as writing much of the music. I brought a wide breadth of experience in many different musical styles to the table.
While residing in Los Angeles, I learned music production on my own, as well as voice acting and improv with Richard Horvitz and others. I wrote a novel, still being edited into various forms.
While in Los Angeles I also returned to school, where I went on to earn 18 associates degrees from three community colleges. I returned to the University of Minnesota and earned a BA in Computer Science, Communication Studies, and Korean, with a minor in Art. I then went on to achieve an MA in Game Design from American University in Washington, DC.
